Appointments

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to enjoy a refreshment and our relaxation room. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment as all appointments will end at their scheduled times so the next guest will not be delayed.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Clients cancelling an appointment within 12 hours of the original time will incur the full cost of the treatment. All bookings will require credit card or laser card details in order to confirm appointments.

For Your Health and Safety

Children are not permitted in any area of the Spa. If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnant or any other medical complications we advise you to consult your doctor prior to your visit. Please ensure to disclose all relevant information at time of booking so that we can suggest an alternative treatment where necessary to avoid disappointment on arrival.
