Q. Can I ship to an address outside of Ireland?

Currently we only ship to addresses within Ireland.

Q. Can I split an order and send it to two different addresses?  

At this time, we are unable to split an order for shipping to different addresses. However, you may submit multiple orders.               

Q. How will I know that my order has been received and is being processed?

You'll receive an order acknowledgment by email once it's received. Orders are dispatched within 5 working days upon receipt. Please contact us if you have specific questions or concerns about your order.

Q. Are my credit card details safe?

When you shop online at AquaSpa.ie, your payment is processed by Realex. Your payment card details are safe with Realex, one of Ireland's most trusted payment facilitators.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping is charged by weight. All orders are dispatched by An Post Parcel Service, and our normal delivery charges are as follows:

AquaSpa is not liable for any breakages during transport.

All orders are accepted subject to availability of products.

Same day shipping is not available.

*Orders are processed on business days only*.

Any orders placed after processing hours (being 4:00PM GMT time) or on the weekend will be processed the following business day.

If you are not happy with your AquaSpa products, please return them to us within 14 days. We will be happy to make an exchange or a refund providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
